I love what chrischatterton painted with my Real Watercolor brushes for Photoshop! He totally makes the most of these tools with this illustration. Check out his work, folks: http://chrischatterton.tumblr.com

(Like are they allowed for just personal use? Commercial use? Attribution? Etc?) I'm not sure if people hold those same kind of standards to photoshop brushes, but I like to make sure!
Thanks for asking! When you purchase a brush set, you are purchasing one license for commercial or personal work - anything you like. I can’t police this kind of thing, but I hope people understand that these brushes are for use by one individual per purchase. I also sell licenses for design and film / animation studios (10 users or more) at a discount - these can be arranged by getting in touch with me through email.
I know that some people pirate my brushes, copy them for friends, etc. - this breaks my heart a little because many of the people who do this are students who want to some day be working as professional illustrators. What they don’t realize is that they are actually hurting their own industry by taking money away from their fellow illustrators in the business. My prices are actually too low, considering the fact that these are tools that will serve artists for many years to come and improve their work and their workflow.
In the fall, I will be raising prices a bit for three reasons:
1) They should better match the value they offer to the purchaser.
2) All of the sets have grown in size since their initial launch at no extra cost due to so many free updates- for instance, the Watercolor set started with 35 brushes and now contains over 50, etc.
3) The time required to manage this new side business has tripled since I started the venture and I am losing out on project work because I am constantly taking care of customer service emails, tech support, and basic marketing and sales - I need to cover these costs somehow.
Happy Batman Day from Kylebrush.com ! (These are a few of my favorite digital Batman drawings, all created with my custom brushes!)
I have some serious heavy hitters testing the beta version of this brush right now, friends - comics artists, animators, and illustrators with amazing skills! With their stamps of approval, I will be ready to release it to all of you!

Great news! You can use nearly EVERY single one of my custom brushes as an eraser by switching your brush ‘mode’ to ‘clear,’ instead of ‘normal.’ Voila!

It might increase your audience range because I know not everyone wants to be a part of the creative cloud (and therefore don't use higher than cs4). Anyway, love your brushes just hoping someday I can use them~
I really wish I could! However, the reason my brushes are superior to those of my competitors is because they take FULL advantage of all of the custom settings that were newly implemented in CS5 (and higher versions). CS4 unfortunately does not have as complete a range of tool settings to allow me to create the effects that I wish to create.
With all that said, I do have plans to make a small set of brushes for CS4 before the end of the year, but it will not contain as many brushes as my Megapack, nor will it have many of the same effects. I do promise that it will be very good, though.

I’m sorry, but I only make brushes for CS5 and higher.

You’re welcome, and I sincerely hope you will consider buying one of the paid sets. The income from those sales helps me to continue to release great products (free ones, too)! Best wishes - Kyle
